General Registration opens on Wednesday, January 14, at 10:00 AM.
How to Register
- Create a household account here.
- Complete each camper’s online registration form.
- Submit the nonrefundable application deposit of $350 per camper.
- Review your enrollment confirmation email.
Payments and Refunds
Application deposits are collected for all programs.
- $350/camper for day camps
- $35/swimmer for swim lessons
- Application deposits are due at registration and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- April 30: Final tuition balance due for summer program tuition

Discounts
Poly Summer does not offer discounts. Our program fees reflect our commitment to providing enriching, high-quality experiences that include above-average staff pay, exceptional materials and supplies, and outstanding care and instruction.
Cancellation or Withdrawal
- All tuition is fully refundable through April 29, 2026, minus the nonrefundable application deposit.
- Beginning April 30, all balance payments are due in full for Summer 2026, and tuition refunds are no longer available.
- As of May 1, campers with unpaid tuition balances will be moved to the program waitlist. Poly Summer cannot guarantee a space for waitlisted campers.
- If Poly Summer must cancel a program, all application deposits and tuition payments will be fully refunded.
Waitlist
- If your preferred program reaches capacity, you may register for that program’s waitlist at no charge.
- Waitlist registrations are timestamped, and as space becomes available, spots are offered in the order they were received.
- If a spot opens up, you’ll have 24 hours to complete your camper’s registration before the opportunity is offered to another family.
