Led by experienced NCAA Division I coaches, this virtual clinic will help athletes achieve maximal performance while reducing their risk of injury. Coach James shares his unique combined experience as both an Olympic athlete and a former Division I strength and conditioning coach. Coach Wojcik shares her unique experience as both a professional dancer and former Division I strength and conditioning coach.
